How to connect to NanoVNA
Depending on application, e.g.
if one-port DUT with nominal 450 Ohm impedance,
then SMA cable between balun and CH0,
then SOL cal using 450 ohm resistor for L and wire for S at screw terminals.
If two-port DUT, then 2 baluns needed for THRU "cal"
