If you're talking about this equation from "Microstrip Antennas" book:

BW = (VSWR - 1) / (Q * sqrt(VSWR))

it uses fractional bandwidth, which can be calculated as:

BW = df / Fc = [delta frequency bandwidth] / [center frequency]

This is why I used this equation:

Q = 1 / BW

This equation uses BW symbol to represent fractional bandwidth. Sorry, english is not my native language, so I used word "relative bandwidth" and it may be confused you.
