Yes, makes sense. The condition for this Q equation is unique. Requires a perfectly matched antenna. This would be analogous to the case of an R-L-C network perfectly matched to its measurement system. However, the Q overlay (template) on the Smith Chart is general purpose of course. Handles all cases up to the limits of measurement accuracy and for all reflection coefficients...out to the limit of the chart at the unit circle.
