Many tech fans seemingly want to avoid being perceived as naive.
Learning together leads to better understanding
It can also lead to misinformation epidemics,
but anyone could start a beginner topic here
that others can, like this one, mute.
My expectation is that many new subscribers will continue launching new topics
(or replying to the most recent) to query about vendors and firmware updates.
