Yes, the dipole is a balanced antenna, volumes of discussions
on the various forums. An appropriate BALUN, so called current
balun would be applied. And the UnUn unit shown in your video
would not be appropriate and the impedance transformation that
it provides is not desired.
My comments were to clarify that this particular unit
you showed in the video is a magnetic coupled transformer
and is indeed unbalanced in its application.
