Insertion loss and bandwidth measurements nearly identical between the l pad matching system versus using transformers which thankfully is what should have happened. The transformers which improved my dynamic range by about 27 dB allowed me to see the filter response that’s way down in amplitude (way down in the mud so to speak) as you get away from the main resonate frequency and that’s what I was hoping for.
