No. S22 means that the energy came from port 2 and was reflected back to port 2.
In more general terms, S11 is the source port. S22 is the sink or
receive port.
Well actually no, S22 means the impedance looking in to what could be considered the Output port of the UUT (not possible to measure on a NanoVNA without reversing the UUT).
S11 is the impedance looking in to the input port of the UUT
S21 is transmission characteristics of the UUT, effectively gain and phase shift
S12 is the reverse isolation (not possible to measure on a NanoVNA without reversing the UUT).
