Guilty as charged :>).
The reason I mentioned Baud rate is because the software talks to the nanoVNA through the equivalent of a serial port. And, you can use a terminal emulator to control the device, read data, etc. The terminal emulator software that I have only goes up to 921600. So maybe that is why I don't see errors when I get data from the nanoVNA at that rate. Although I don't see it on the nanoVNA screen when I use the terminal emulator software. Something else is going on.
I am still looking into the issues with the new firmware and will report anything I learn.
