Sometimes artifacts from the previous firmware remain when an upgrade is done and cause erroneous data such as what you are seeing. The cure is to first load "hugen_900_aa_aug-2-19.dfu" which clears out all memory and then load the DFU file you want to upgrade to. If that doesn't work I'm sure other suggestions will be forthcoming.
