Thanks the ARRL standards are helpful. I wonder if the ARRL actually enforces the standards. What about the vertical ¡°no radials needed¡± ads? And the vertical antenna that uses four 4 ft ground rods.
I asked about several technical articles and was told ARRL does not verify the engineering in articles
