You should not need a special driver for Windows 10 to use this nanovna
with NanoVNA-Saver or NanoVNA-app software on your computer. Windows
normally will automatically load a default driver that works fine. You
will only need to load a driver if you do a firmware update. Detailed
instructions are in the "Absolute Beginners Guide to the nanoVNA" in the
files section of this group.

You do not have the latest firmware, but you do have a good and recent
version. You also have a good recent hardware version. I would recommend
not updating the firmware until you have had some experience with using the
device and find that you want to use some of the additional features that
the newer firmware provides. The firmware you have has a great set of
features and they work well. Most of the features of newer firmware are
focused on stand-alone use of the nanovna, so if most of your use will be
paired with the computer, updating the firmware won't make a big difference.
