One way is to calibrate the NanoVNA with the calibration loads connected at the far end of
the coax cable, where your antenna is normally connected. That is, calibration loads
connected INSTEAD of antenna.
It seems to me that this is the *only* solution, especially for a very asymmetrical antenna. Indeed, the 12.1 m coaxial cable is part of the radiating system. I even think that it should be connected, on the Tx side, to the same earth connection as the TX, both during calibration (but that shouldn't have much effect) and when measuring the antenna impedance.
