One way is to calibrate the NanoVNA with the calibration loads connected at the far end of the coax cable, where your antenna is normally connected. That is, calibration loads connected INSTEAD of antenna.
But it might not be very convenient to do.
Or do not include the cable - connect the NanoVNA directly to the antenna, without 12.1 m. cable.
