In Windows 7 the driver has to be manually installed. You can get the driver from my Box account below. Use the 32 or 64 bit version based on your OS. The later versions of NanoVNA Saver do not work on WIN 7 (maybe 5.4 has fixed this - I don't know). I made a version for WIN7.
