Depends on which model of NanoVNA that you own. Most of them will automatically install in Windows 10/11. If not present as a COM port in Device manager then do a manual Windows update with the NanoVNA plugged in and you should see an option to install the driver.
You should also read the Absolute Beginners Guide in the files section of this group and take a look at this group's wiki page for answers to this and other typical questions. Have fun with your new nanoVNA...
