Please grab a copy of: The Absolute Beginners Guide to the NanoVNA - It's in the files section of this forum.
/g/nanovna-users/files/Absolute%20Beginner%20Guide%20to%20The%20NanoVNA/Absolute_Beginner_Guide_NanoVNA_v1_6.pdfRefer to page 20.
NOTE: The images were taken from the H4 NanoVNA that has a 4 inch display - you have a 2.8 inch display and the menu keys are partially blocked when the keyboard is showing.
You will only see the G/M/K buttons when you're adjusting some frequency parameter, time buttons in nanoseconds if adjusting delay time, a % button for velocity factor, or no unit buttons for Scale or Reference as dB is implied (as on page 20, above).
Again, grab some discrete parts, build an SMA to alligator clip cable and play with the various operation modes of the NanoVNA.
If you screw things up, just reset, cal and start over.
REMEMBER - this device will only take miliwatts of power on the input ports so don't try to measure any active circuits!
