Update: Can't get NanoVNA to show up as anything but "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed" in windows device manager.
I have the STM32 drivers installed, and forcing windows to install the drivers fails -- it says it already has the correct drivers installed.
Any ideas of something else to try? Maybe the hardware failed somehow, even though I've barely used it.
