Wouldn't it be great if someone made up a bunch of these objects and offered for them sale, possibly on ebay. They could be offered with various resistor values from 5 ohm to 500 ohms, with similar reactive components to those that you have used. Also, would like to see them characterized with a commercial VNA so we could see how our NanoVNA is really doing. Of course, SNP files would be provided with them. This would be a nice calibration/validation addition to this unit. Perhaps, our Chinese friends are listening.
