Believe me, when I connect the HP 8753C VNA to an antenna, the results are
definitely registered on any receiver or spectrum analyzer also connected
to any sort of antenna, even a clip lead!! There are many other pieces of
RF test equipment that radiate into the Ether when used. It can't be
avoided. Even the "standard" antenna analyzers from MFJ, Rig Expert, and
others share the same "feature" when connected to an antenna. The NANOs
are not unique by any means in this respect.
