It is possible to change the start and stop frequency to above 200MHz by hovering your mouse over the number and use the scroll wheel.
The more your move your mouse to the left of the number the quicker is "scrolls"
NanoVNA is giving me a difficult time as the console command response if very unpredictable when done at full speed.
