Interpreting results of a Mobile antenna

I have finally done an evaluation of the mobile antenna installed in my truck. It is a Browning BR-158-S 150-170 MHz VHF NMO-based antenna. I've had a few issues with my system today after upgrading the firmware. I THINK these are good results for an antenna, although it appears that the antenna's sweet spot is a bit higher than I use. I'd rather the sweet spot be centered around 155 MHz, as my normal lowest frequency is about 150 MHz and the highest is about 160 MHz. I AM an amateur radio operator (WE6BB) and I have a few 2-Meter frequencies programmed into my VHF mobile radio, but I hardly ever use them.

The antenna I believe is a 5/8ths-wave antenna. Even though I got my Extra Class license, I have never done any real tweaking and testing of gear (I have never done HF) and just make assumptions and taking for granted that my radios are working. I'm trying to understand more now.
