I tested frequency accuracy and it looks pretty good. The error is smaller than 100 Hz at 190 MHz. So, it's better than 0.5 ppm.
But it cannot setup exactly some fraction frequencies. For example, if you make sweep 100 Hz at center frequency 100 MHz. The steps will not be exactly 100 /101 = 0.99 Hz. So, it may have some little deviation.
