Take a look at message #942 as well the paper at:
In summary |Z| measurements below 20 ohms and above 80 ohms are significantly compromised if only completed in the one port shunt mode. Improved accuracy requires both an S11 and S21 measurement. The DUT should be measured in a 2 port configuration.
