The reason it is so slow to load is when you use the .EXE version it contains all the Python support software. This has to be unpacked and I suspect is virus scanned which can take a lot of time. When NanoVNA Saver is compiled you don't have to pack everything into a single executable .EXE file. You can have a directory that contains all the files ready to go and that is much faster. The drawback with this method is that some users don't know which to file to click to start the program.

I have now switched to the OneOfEleven NanoVNA app. It loads quickly and has many more features than Saver and the graphs have much better scaling options.
