True, but then I don't get enough turns on the toroids for 160-meters. And
the thought of matching two CMCs to parallel, each with 100-ohm lines on
them, does not sound trivial, but could be done. When I complete all this
with my Teflon insulated wire, I will look into this option. Good for
more exercise of the gray matter.

As most of us know, and written in Mr. Sevick's books, it is rather
difficult to wind a 50-ohm section of line on these toroids. I believe
Sevick resorted to tape windings to get close to a 50-ohm section. As
pointed out in a previous post, my Xline on the core I measured with the
