High end gear for low end applications doesn't bother so much. I was thinking more of lossy folded antennas made of rotator control cable, promoting the G5RV as equally effective on all bands, the low loss of using OWL totally makes up for a badly mismatched antenna system, etc, etc. And my favorite, diplexer = duplexer. Of course, we could talk all day about audiophools and oxygen free copper speaker cable.
