Oops, looks like a 'typo'. Shouldn't that be Port 0? One of them must.
And yes, the 'default' setup is for 2 traces to be assigned to port 0, and
the other two show port 1. I've had to go back and switch the port setting
quite a few times already myself, after wondering "Why is that trace not
working?"
If you don't, or do only rarely, use Port 1 and "through" measurements,
what I do is set all traces to Port 0 and then do my 'basic' "Save 0"
calibration. Then when I turn on the unit, it starts out with all 4 traces
for reflection measurements. That works out nicely for me - I pretty much
only use it for antennas, and a little for trying to identify unmarked
toroid cores.
