Please don't do that. These small cables are needed for calibration and to relieve stresses on the board mounted tiny connectors. you can use a female SMA to female PL259 adapter to connect the antenna cable to the nanoVNA, or alternatively you can buy / build a pigtail cable with the connector types at its ends.

PD. Don't reuse neither any of the calibration pieces for other function, they must be kept intact for the intended use.

Well, in that case, the only way "I" can see to make your tests is to sacrifice one of the cables that came with the NanoVNA and cut off one of its connectors. Strip the new end of the cable and inch or so, and twist the wire onto one antenna lead, and shield braid shield braid to the other. You can order new SMA cables, too, but of course that means spending more money. And you can still re-use your butchered cable for other antenna tests - even put alligator clips on its end.
And it's already (almost) too late to even do that!
