SMA's are good to 18ghz and appropriately sized for a small PCB.
Seems well worth repeating.
If you want SO239's or BNC's or F's or N's or banana jacks, use a short patch cable.
That's something you should do anyway, since if constantly connecting
to whatever is on the VNA board you will eventually either wear out
the board connectors or the board traces.
Perhaps somebody will take this VNA board, put it in an enclosure with
display and battery and RPi and a choice of connectors.
