hwalker, Jacek: I've added scrollbars to the master version in the
repository - it's not available in the .exe yet, but if you run the python
code direct, you should be able to fit it onto your screen now.

Jacek beat me to it. I have the same issue with my laptop display. Its
max resolution is 1366x768 and therefore certain elements (serialport
settings on down) are off screen. I don't believe pyqt5 supports user
re-scalable windows, so I second Jacek's suggestion of adding a vertical
slide bar to support users with lower resolution displays. Again, really
appreciate your contribution and hope your efforts are not taking too much
time away from your real life :)
