So in the shipping quote we get from alibaba, is custom duties already paid or we need to watch out for adding expensive customs fees when we import the vna ?

Also, and this is a question, is there a chance these be sold from a reputable sellers (so we support the right people) through ebay or amazon ? just asking !?
