Please, do a last attempt to convince DiSlord to continue his excellent work.
He is highly regarded here and we all want him to stay.
We do understand that in a moment of heat he reacted badly as he might felt presured, we all humans do that sometimes.
Even if he does not want to has any involvement further on, he could just make his repository public and leave it there, that way he does get a recognition of his work and his great additions that he contributed to the community.
And although DiSlord has done a lot of work, getting down his publicly available repository is somehow making him lose something, this way he makes his criticizers to have a valid point, he should not do that.
There is no doubt that if he does not bring his repo up again, then inevitably the locally cloned repositories of his additions to NanoVNA will soon pop up, everyone that has them as you say can treat them with the same license so to make them publicly available.
