The parts count are less than 4 usd, but the hassle of ordering the strip board, headers and sma connectors from one source make purchasing the kit attractive. The PCB is also much nicer than most of us could produce using a strip board.The SDR Kits Testboard is twice as much and also requires assembly. So if you were already considering purchasing that test board, the NanoVNA Testboard is another less expensive option. I ordered two and with the 5% discount and $2.00 new user coupon paid less than $20.00. With the COVID-19 shipping delays I don't expect to see them until late May, but I'm in no hurry.
