I was looking at a signal using your PC nanovnaSharp application and as I moved the cursor along the waveform, there was an abrupt change in phase that did not match the scale.
I have added a screen capture showing the readouts at locations one above the other in freq.
Is this normal? Does the phase shown need to match the y axis?
