I've uploaded some rough dimensions (in mm) for the NanoVNA in the Misc photos section

as well as a file containing drawings of my case/housing idea in the files section under 3D housing designs.

I also had another idea for HexAndFlex's design: Add an additional structure by the SMA connectors that approximates my metal design but instead of using screws to hold the flange adapters, create slotted openings that would encase the flange to hold everything rigid.
