If the VSWR of a load is good from DC to its rated frequency and the
connector within specification (much harder to check, but possible), then
the load is okay. It doesn¡¯t matter if the resistance is a bit low or high,
the reactance a bit capacitive or inductive. All that matters is that the
combination of resistive and reactive errors don¡¯t add up enough to make
the VSWR to high.
