Instead of the calculated (real, imaginary) parts of (s, l, o, and rho) measurements, is there any way to get the raw data (magnitude, phase) of them ?

With a serial terminal program connected to the NonaVNA, typing data(0) will return raw complex values for CH0. Typing data(1) will do the same for CH1. The complex data can be converted to magnitude and phase by computing the log and angle.
Using NanoVNA-saver or another program, data saved to s1p or s2p is also saved as complex values which may be likewise converted.
