Dear ARRL Affiliated Club,
This Monday, May 1, ARRL will launch a survey for members, encouraging their participation as we consider a dues increase.
The survey will include some short questions about raising dues and modifying the way some membership benefits are bundled. The survey will also include an opportunity for members to share their feedback.
The participation of every member is important. Please encourage all the ARRL members in your radio club to complete the survey in May.
The survey will open on May 1 at . This is a member-only page. Members need to be logged into the ARRL?website to take the survey. Members who are not logged in may select the Login button on the top of the web page, and they will be prompted to enter their ARRL?website username and password. If they have not logged in since April 2022, they should use these .
Thank you in advance for urging all ARRL members to complete the survey.

This won't be any help to you Rodney other than encourage you to check your browser settings or try a different one, but it has to be something on your end. I'm in several clubs and dozens of members, including me, have used the link without issue. I have trouble accessing some sites with my Norton VPN turned on, but had no trouble getting to the survey so it isn't likely to be an ARRL setting stopping you from getting in. You are the only one that has mentioned they can't access the survey.

One other thought....? Is your membership current?? ?To check all you need to do is login to the ARRL website and then click on your name to bring up your profile. On the profile page it will show your membership status. Just a thought.

Rodney, When you say nothing, what exactly do you mean?? Does any webpage load?? Is it a page from the ARRL?? ?Does it say "page not found"? Are you clicking on the?link from your?email? If you are doing a? copy and pasting the address ,? make sure it does not have a period at the end of the url address. The actual survey kinda looks like a regular webpage when you scroll down the page. Carl

Well if you can't sign in as an arrl member, you will have to contact the ARRL to straighten that out.? No one here can help you with?that.

I just talked with them. They are working on it. The said computer said I was not a member and when they looked further it said I was a member. They need to log out and wait a couple of hours for them solve my problem
