Well if you can't sign in as an arrl member, you will have to contact the ARRL to straighten that out.? No one here can help you with?that.

One other thought....? Is your membership current?? ?To check all you need to do is login to the ARRL website and then click on your name to bring up your profile. On the profile page it will show your membership status. Just a thought.
