Hello,

Again I'm very late with the minutes.? I've done the following:
* Removed previous version of March 2023 and April 2023 minutes
* Updated May minutes with Randy Welsh's correct last name. :)
* Updated July minutes with the previous errors pointed out (last names, next meeting, approval of meeting minutes motioner)
* August Draft minutes up.

Let me know if there are any errors, if you're coming to the meeting tonight, you can give them to me there.
