@William Stearns, are you the official representative of the WSJ when it comes to the program involving international radio communication?? So far I haven't heard a thing of what possible ways to get a QSA from other scoutcamps and WSJ. I like to have something official, does it exist? BR /Per Sj?strand

Not sure how this specifically helps our operation at this point, but if you can get your state on the air to participate, it might just be the thing we need.
