Thank you Nick, for the warm welcome.
I now have a 50 watt mobile 2m radio setup with a J-pole setting in a spare bedroom.
Less than ideal, but I can now reach some of the area repeaters. Last week I was able to check in on the weekly nets with the Rush City, Duxbury, and Siren repeaters. Finally able to join in on the fun.
This will do until warmer weather, when I can properly mount the antenna outside.
