When changing the Midi device name, you must restart Quisk. Then you should see the Midi note in the control box. I re-tested this on Linus and Windows 11. If the control box shows 0x80xx, then xx is the hex code for the note. So 0x8090 is note 144. Midi message 0x8004 is note 64. If it doesn't work, restart Quisk again.
