Yes, PW is set on both devices. The remote and local are both sitting on my desk, so initially I connected them to the LAN, and it worked. Next I connected the Remote to the MIFI and set the appropriate forwarding ("virtual servers").
There is 1 error on the Control Head:
Remote Control socket.connect() error: [Errno 114] Operation already in progress
There might be another issue: Blocked port ranges by my 4G Provider (T-Mobile). I ran into that a couple of years ago, but have not found a list (yet) of blocked ports. That's if T-Mobile is still blocking some ports....

Just an IP address, in format 123.45.67.89 ... no " or anything else.
Don't forget to enter the "Password for Remote Radio" at both ends ... do you see any error messages at either end (Control Head, Remote Radio?).
