My remote quisk is started automatically at boot by adding this line to /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE-pi/autostart .
cat /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE-pi/autostart
@lxpanel --profile LXDE-pi
@pcmanfm --desktop --profile LXDE-pi
@/usr/bin/python3 /home/pi/quisk-4.2.9/quisk.py? ## <<< oz9ny
@xscreensaver -no-splash
If you kill quisk for example after a config change quisk will restart without reboot.
