Martin your website has a lot of very good information, and thank you for that. I see that your site shows a graph with the Wellgood having a peak response around 29MHz with the two series 82pF capacitors (41pF). And yet when I calculate the resonance of a typical loop, 3uH in parallel with 41pF it comes out to 14MHz.? It seems that only 10pF is needed to achieve resonance at 29MHz.? The LZ1AQ amplifier with its FM filter should then have an even lower resonant frequency with its two series 100pF capacitors. Could you help me understand what I'm missing??
