Chavdar, LZ1AQ, was good enough to openly publish his design and related information free of charge, so that folks could build one for themselves. He also sells ready built amplifiers at about 1/4 of the cost of this unit.
I wouldn't like another company to profit from my, or anyone else's hard work, or at least not without some form of acknowledgement or financial contribution made to the originator. My experience is that this company tends to simply copy designs, usually without
fully understanding how they work.
