I will be adding a Wellbrook ALA1530LNP loop to a transceiver's receive-only antenna port.
Will I need to add a relay, or T/R, so the loop is not getting 12 volts power when I am transmitting?

Also, any data on how far the loop should be from the TX antenna, at 100 watts.... and at 1000 watts.... with or without a T/R relay?
