Can you get the loop ( say 1m dia) outside at all? Or no roof?
Cos if you can not, then good luck..
Noise cancellation devices work well, but only on one source of noise..as also a small loop can null noise, but not if coming from everywhere..
Get the loop outside? Hidden in a bush? Etc???
