AT200 Pro (not II) Firmware version ?


 

Sadly the group search button has not yielded much info.
?
I recently purchased a used AT200 Pro (not II) and am curious about the firmware vs the last version released. My unit has 200M11 on the main board PIC and 200F11 on the front panel board PIC. My question before I engage with LDG, assuming they still do the PIC exchange. is there a newer version and if so is there any real benefit to updating my unit,?


 

I am not sure, but would the manuals for each non pro II and the pro II show what features are available, ( or missing) from the other version.

no info off the ldg website or support?

Only reference I've found on the LDG web site is their exchange program to update. No version history info. I was hoping someone had actual experience before I just slap a new version, if available in.?


 

I guess LDG is monitoring this list , but they replied to me, not you ( kd2u )

I guess they figured it out and I just got an email from them that they opened a ticket ... will have to see what happens. It's amazing how many companies that are Ham related are so proactive with customer service. I had an experience with Alpha Delta also where they went above and beyond. KUDO's to LDG!?


 

I have found LDG to be one of the most proactive as far as customer service goes. I have sent an email on a Sunday and gotten a reply in a couple of hours. I was not expecting anything until Monday at the earliest. I could tell some more stories but suffice it to say they are the best.?
